This sentence is our DNA and is based on the history of RHC: A few years ago, two of our current partners were not satisfied with the quality of the services they hired from partners and integrators of the companies they worked for. With the solutions in mind, they decided to take the first step towards finding improvements: to undertake and found RHC.
The initial focus was the implementation and movement of PAs in Call Centers, however, as time went by, loyal clients began to request even more specialized services.
