Question 1

Do you work on new construction and existing buildings?

Accepted Answer

Both. In new construction we work alongside the general contractor and other trades. In occupied offices we plan the work after hours or floor by floor so people keep working.

Question 2

Is every cable tested?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every copper link is certified against its category and every fiber strand is loss-tested. You get the test results, labels and as-built documentation at handover.

Question 3

Do you also set up the network equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beyond the cabling, we install and configure switches, access points, firewalls and cameras, and connect them to your Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.

Question 4

How is a cabling project quoted?

Accepted Answer

We start with a site survey to see the pathways, the closets and the number of drops. From there we send a fixed-scope proposal with materials, labor and schedule.

Question 5

Which standards do you follow?

Accepted Answer

Cabling is designed and installed to the TIA-568 standards, labeled to TIA-606 and uses the fire rating the code requires for each space, such as plenum cable in air-handling ceilings.
